How do I book a BlueLane transfer?+
Start with pickup, destination, date, time and passengers. The booking flow will show suitable vehicles and route pricing where available. For custom routes, we review the request and reply with the final details.
Is my booking confirmed immediately?+
A request is confirmed after the BlueLane team checks availability, vehicle fit and final route details. You receive confirmation before the ride is locked in.
How far in advance should I book?+
For high season and airport arrivals, booking at least 24-48 hours ahead is recommended. Last-minute requests can still be sent and will be reviewed based on availability.
How are prices calculated?+
Prices depend on pickup and destination zones, vehicle choice, passenger count, luggage, date, time and special requirements. Some routes show prices immediately; custom routes may need review.
Can I pay online?+
The system is prepared for online and offline payment workflows. The final available payment options are confirmed with the booking details.
Arrival
What happens if my flight or ferry is delayed?+
For airport and port pickups, share your flight or ferry number when booking. We use that information to plan the pickup and adjust handoff timing where possible.
Do you serve both Heraklion and Chania?+
Yes. BlueLane supports Heraklion Airport, Chania Airport, ports, hotels, villas and private addresses across Crete.
Comfort
Do you provide child seats?+
Yes. Baby seats for 0-2 years and booster seats for 2-10 years can be requested during booking. Add the number and any notes so the vehicle can be prepared correctly.
Which vehicles are available?+
The BlueLane fleet includes Mercedes-Benz E-Class W212 Facelift, Mercedes-Benz E-Class W213 Facelift AMG, Mercedes-Benz Vito and Mercedes-Benz V-Class.
Can I book a private tour instead of a transfer?+
Yes. Private day routes and tours can be requested for beaches, cultural stops, coastal routes and resort-to-resort days. Timing is shaped around your group.
Can I request stops along the way?+
Yes. Add stops, luggage notes, accessibility needs or special requirements in the booking notes. The team will confirm what is possible before final confirmation.
What languages can you support?+
English and Greek support are standard. German and French guest support can be prepared for the customer journey when requested.
