BlueLaneCrete terms

Terms & Conditions.

Effective date: June 15, 2026. These terms apply to website use and transfer, chauffeur and private tour requests.

Service requests

Submitting a request through the website does not automatically confirm a booking. A transfer or tour is confirmed only after BlueLaneCrete confirms availability, route details and final pricing.

Prices and quotes

Displayed prices or estimates may depend on route zones, selected vehicle, date, time, passenger count, luggage and special requirements. Custom routes may require manual quote review.

Passenger responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup details, arrival numbers, contact information, passenger count, luggage information and child-seat requirements.

Airport and port arrivals

Where flight or ferry information is provided, we use it to support pickup planning. Customers should still notify us of delays, schedule changes or updated arrival details when possible.

Changes and cancellations

Changes or cancellations should be requested as early as possible. Fees may apply where a driver, vehicle or partner has already been assigned, or where the request is made close to pickup time.

Vehicles and capacity

Vehicle assignment depends on availability, passenger count, luggage and route needs. We may recommend a different Mercedes-Benz vehicle if the selected option is not suitable or available.

Conduct and safety

Passengers must respect the vehicle, driver and local safety requirements. Service may be refused if behavior creates risk, damage, illegal activity or unreasonable disruption.

Website use

Website content, images, layout and branding are provided for BlueLaneCrete services. They may not be copied, reused or presented as another service without permission.

Liability

We aim to provide reliable private transport, but travel can be affected by traffic, weather, port or airport operations, road closures and other external events outside our control.
